Chuck Nusbaum
President/CEO
Whether it’s a business or a boat, Old City Web Services President and CEO, Chuck Nusbaum, is no stranger to the pressures and demands of guiding the helm. For the last five years, Nusbaum has led Old City Web Services and its portal site, Oldcity.com, to the forefront of St. Augustine’s evolving technology market. Not only is the web services portion of the business thriving as the Ancient City’s most popular web design firm, Oldcity.com is still the most-viewed Internet portal for the St. Augustine area.
Chuck brings a diverse set of skills and experiences to the Old City family. Since arriving in St. Augustine in 1974, Chuck has worked as a newspaper owner/editor, sales and/or business manager and boat captain for several different organizations. Just before taking the wheel at Old City, Chuck joined forces with Auglink in 2004. Old City Web Services then split its ties with Auglink under Chuck’s direction in 2005, and the two companies remained separate until Old City took the remaining customers of Auglink under its wing in June of 2009.
A native of Kingston, Penn., Chuck now resides in St. Augustine with his wife of 21 years, Cecile, and their son, David, as well as the family’s three pets—Killer, Cole and Lexi. Chuck is also on the board of directors for the Palm Coast Sports and Conservation Club as well as the Ft. Mose Historical Society. A proud patron of the NRA, Chuck enjoys target shooting in his spare time, as well as fishing, writing, reading, sports cars, motorcycles and woodworking
