St. Augustine native Shannon O’Neil is one of Old City’s most recent additions. Shannon promotes Old City Web Services and its clients. Whether it’s informative website copy or a professionally crafted press release, Shannon can give Old City clients the right words to reach their customers.

After graduating from Pedro Menendez High School, Shannon earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations and a master’s degree in sports administration, both from Florida State University. During her graduate studies, Shannon worked in athletics media relations for the FSU track & field, cross country and women’s tennis squads.

Outside the office, Shannon’s hobbies include reading, writing, spending time with friends and family, and of course following her favorite Florida State Seminoles on the field, diamond, pitch, track and court.
