Due to St. Augustine’s popularity and our size, we recommend reservations well in advance. A deposit of one night's tariff is required to guarantee a reservation. Cash, traveler's checks, personal checks, major credit cards and bank debit (ATM) cards are accepted. If your plans change and it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation, a $35 cancellation fee will apply. Reservations must be canceled 7-days (14-days on holidays or when multiple rooms are reserved) prior to arrival for refund of deposit, less cancellation fee. Cancellations made after this deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit, if accommodation is not rented.
Cancellations within 24-hours of arrival or within 7-days of arrival on holidays are charged for the full stay if accommodation is not rented. No-shows or early departures will be charged the full reservation. We request a 2-night stay on weekends and a 3-nights stay on some holiday periods and weekends. Please call if you need an exception to this policy.
Rates
Rates are based on single or double occupancy and include buffet breakfast, evening social hour, all-day beverages and sweets, off-street parking, WiFi in public areas, and use of Inn's bicycles.
Please add $25.00 per night for each additional guest sharing the same room. All holidays including Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving and the week from Christmas until New Year's are weekend rates.
Rates are plus 6% Florida and 3% St. Johns county taxes.
Corporate, government, military, law enforcement, fire fighters, AARP, and Flagler College rates may be available midweek and off-season. Weekly and monthly rates are also available; please inquire.
Check-in and Checkout
Checkout time is 11:00am and check-in is between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. Please let us know if you need to arrive after 6:00pm.
Children
Children over 12 are welcome. Because we love kids, some exceptions may apply. Please call.
Gift Certificates and Room Gifts
A perfect gift for your friends, co-workers and family is a stay at The Kenwood Inn. We can issue an attractive certificate for any amount or for any length of stay. We'll mail or email it with our brochure and gift note to your recipient.
If it's a special occasion or celebration, we can arrange to have a gift waiting in the room when you or your guests arrive for their stay at The Kenwood Inn. We will be happy to arrange for flowers, wine, champagne, chocolate-covered strawberries, in-room masseuses and more. Please call to discuss the various options.
Smoking
For the comfort and safety of our guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere within the building or on the balconies and porches. The courtyard has designated areas where smoking is allowed. A $250.00 cleaning surcharge will apply if evidence of smoking in the room.
